OSS Bucket Operations
A bucket is a container that is used to store objects in object storage Service (OSS). You must create a bucket before you upload any types of objects to OSS. This topic describes how to create a bucket in the OSS console.
Create buckets
After you activate Alibaba Cloud OSS, you must create a bucket in the OSS console to store objects.
Use the OSS console
To create a bucket in the OSS console, perform the following steps:
- Log on to the OSS console.
- Open the Create Bucket dialog box.
- In the Create Bucket dialog box that appears, configure the parameters listed in the following table.
